About GarbaMate
Good company for every garba night
GarbaMate is for finding someone to go to garba with. Pick the nights you're going, see who else will be there, match with people you like and meet them at the ground.
Other apps are built for endless swiping. GarbaMate is built around real garba nights, so every match is someone who'll actually be there. It's free, it's for people 18 and over, and it's starting in Ahmedabad before opening city by city.
Four simple steps
How it works
Step 1: Create your free profile
Add a few photos, your garba style and the nights you're free. It takes about two minutes.
Step 2: Pick your garba night
Choose the event and the date you're going to. No plans yet? Meet people across your city.
Step 3: Like, match and chat
Like people going the same night. When the like is mutual, it's a match and you can chat.
Step 4: Meet at the garba
Agree where to meet, then dance the night away together. Nearby helps you find each other.
Made with care
What we stand for
Made for Navratri
Everything is built around real garba nights, so every match is someone who'll actually be there.
Safety first
Every member confirms their email. Block or report anyone in one tap, and our team reviews every report.
Verified profiles
Members can verify with a quick selfie. Look for the badge before you meet.
Only matches can chat
Nobody can message you until you've both said yes. Unmatch at any time and the chat closes.
Find each other at the ground
Turn on Nearby at the venue to see who's around. We show rough distance, never your exact location.
You're in control
Hide your profile whenever you like, and choose which notifications you get.
